Reliable Water Purification Solution
Our 2,000 LPH Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment Plant is a high-capacity industrial water purification system designed to produce up to 2,000 liters of purified water per hour.
The system includes an integrated water softener that removes hardness-causing minerals, such as calcium and magnesium. This helps protect the RO membranes from scaling and supports efficient, long-term operation.
Quartz Sand Filter
The quartz sand filter removes suspended particles, dirt, sand, and other larger impurities from the incoming water. It is constructed with a non-corrosive FRV vessel and controlled through a multiport valve.
Activated Carbon Filter
The activated carbon filter helps reduce chlorine, unpleasant taste, odor, and certain organic impurities. This protects the RO membranes and improves the quality of the treated water.
Micron Cartridge Filter
The system uses heavy-duty 5-micron cartridge filters made from 100% polypropylene melt-blown thermal-bond fiber. These filters provide an additional filtration stage before the water enters the RO system.
